Dr. Ruth Van Dyke is Professor of Anthropology at Binghamton University – SUNY. Her research employs landscape archaeology to investigate the rise and decline of the Chaco phenomenon. She is author or editor of 6 books, including The Greater Chaco Landscape: Ancestors, Scholarship, and Advocacy (co-edited by Carrie Heitman, University Press of Colorado).
