Dr. Matthew E. Hill is an Associate Professor of Anthropology at the University of Iowa. His research involves work with archaeological sites that date from the end of the Ice Age through the historic period and appear in very different environmental settings, including the Great Basin, Great Plains, Atlantic Coast of Virginia, and India.
