Driving Directions from Albuquerque and Points Southeast

Take I-25 north from Albuquerque Airport ("Sunport") to Bernalillo; turn left (west) on Hwy 550.
Follow Hwy 550 to Bloomfield; turn left (west) on Hwy 64 towards Farmington.

Alternative 1

The fast route
Follow Hwy 64 west through Farmington to Shiprock; turn right (north) on Hwy 491 (old Hwy 666).
Follow Hwy 491 (old Hwy 666) north to Cortez, Colorado. As you approach Cortez, stay in the left lane and bear left (signposted Dove Creek).
Follow Hwy 491 (old Hwy 666) north about 1.5 miles, staying in left lane. Watch for Crow Canyon sign on the right side of the highway. Turn left (west) on Road L. Drive about 1 mile (watch for Crow Canyon sign). Turn left onto Road 23. In about 1 mile, Road 23 curves to the left and turns into Road K, which in turn becomes Crow Canyon's driveway.

The scenic route
Follow Hwy 64 through Farmington; at the west end of town, turn right (north) at traffic light on NM Hwy 170 (sign-posted "La Plata").
Follow Hwy 170 to Hesperus, Colorado; turn left (west) on Hwy 160.
Follow Hwy 160 through Mancos, past Mesa Verde National Park, and through Cortez; bear right (north) on Hwy 491 (old Hwy 666).
Follow Hwy 491 (old Hwy 666) north about 1.5 miles, staying in left lane. Watch for Crow Canyon sign on the right side of the highway. Turn left (west) on Road L.
