The
Sand Canyon hike was an athletic event that included fun and educational
information about archaeological sites. The hike was well balanced. True
to Crow Canyon form there were a variety of choices including an easy,
medium, and hard hike. I hiked at the hard level and ran out of water
two hours before the hike was over. I still finished second and I had
a really great time. The views were spectacular and so were the ruins
and rock formations. This hike was great because anyone could do it. Two
people with asthma did it. I doubt that there is anyone who couldn't do
the easy two-hour hike, and I know that there is no way not to have fun.
