High School Field School (HSFS) is a three-week long intensive archaeology program at the Crow Canyon campus in Cortez, Colorado that brings together high school students from across the country. This year's group of twenty-eight students come from a diversity of backgrounds, hailing from Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, and Wisconsin!

Students work with Crow Canyon's dedicated staff of educators and researchers to learn about and investigate thousands of years of history and cultures in the Four Corners Region. The program includes classroom lessons as well as hands-on, outdoor activities and excavation at an actual archaeological site.
